Ecamm Network, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the ecamm.com website (the "Service").

FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM PLATFORM DATA

The Ecamm Live Service may collect Facebook and Instagram Platform Data consistent with providing live streaming services. (See Facebook API below.)

Ecamm Network, LLC uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To process and fulfill your order
  •  To facilitate functionality related to live streaming, using Service Providers: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch and LinkedIn. (See Service Providers section below.)
  • To notify you about changes to our goods and Service
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
  • To monitor the usage of our Service
  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues
  • To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), Ecamm Network, LLC legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

Ecamm Network, LLC may process your Personal Data because:

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Facebook API

The Ecamm Live application makes use of Facebook API Services. The application stores an access token on your Mac, which allows it to upload video content to the Meta platform.

The Ecamm Live Service may access or process, but not store, the following Facebook and Instagram Platform Data for the purposes of live stream production:

  • Your avatar image.
  • The name of Facebook Pages that you administer.
  • The name of Facebook Groups that you belong to.
  • The name and avatar image of Instagram Business Pages that you administer.
  • The title, post description, permalink, and date of scheduled live streams.
  • Viewer reactions and number of concurrent viewers associated with your current live stream.
  • Viewer comments associated with your current live stream, including each commenter’s name and avatar image.

The Ecamm Live Service may access, process, or store the following Facebook and Instagram Platform Data for the purposes of live stream production:

  • Your name.
  • The date, time, and Facebook Group name associated with your most recent live streams.
  • Diagnostic data related to accessing of Platform Data.

Stored Facebook and Instagram Platform Data is deleted:

  • Whenever Platform Data is no longer necessary to provide an app experience or service to users.
  • After 30 days.
  • When requested by a user by contacting Ecamm Network.
  • When a user deletes their account associated with the Ecamm Live.
  • When requested by Meta.
  • When required by law or regulation.

Users can revoke the application's access to Facebook and Instagram Platform Data via the Facebook’s Business Integration Settings.

Users can request modification or deletion of stored Facebook and Instagram Platform Data by contacting Ecamm Network.

Users can contact Ecamm Network with questions or complaints about these privacy practices.

Use of the Facebook features are subject to the Facebook Terms of Service.

Use of the Instagram features are subject to the Instagram Terms of Use.

YouTube API

Ecamm Movie Tools and Ecamm Live make use of YouTube API Services. The applications store an access token which allow them to upload content to the YouTube website. The Ecamm Movie Tools application does not collect, share or store user information or API data, and does not have access to the data beyond uploading it to YouTube. The Ecamm Live application may access a list of your scheduled live broadcasts for display purpose.

Users can revoke the application's access to YouTube data via the Google security settings page.

Use of the YouTube features are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy

LinkedIn

Ecamm Live makes use of LinkedIn API Services. The application stores your name, and an access token which allows it to upload content to the LinkedIn website.

By clicking Allow on the LinkedIn OAuth screen, you give Ecamm Live consent for 60 days. You can revoke the application's access to LinkedIn data via the LinkedIn Services Settings page.

Use of the LinkedIn features are subject to the LinkedIn User Agreement and the LinkedIn Privacy Policy

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

  • Google Analytics

    Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

    You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Payments

We provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
