- Uninstalling... To uninstall our plugins, run the installer
and click the Uninstall button. For other apps and add-ons, check the app's FAQ page.
- Registering... If you recently purchased software but have not received an email
with registration information, check your spam folder. Sometimes our
automatic emails get filtered. If PayPal was used, are you sure that
the email address that you use as your PayPal login is current? If not,
use the form below for an email change request.
- Changing Email Addresses... Our registration system is based on your email address. To keep
your address current, use the contact form below for email address
change requests.
- Missing Emails... Occasionally, large email providers such as Hotmail block our emails. If you're expecting email from us, and don't receive it within a few days time, please write a message using a different email address or include your phone number so that we can contact you.
