06/24/05 - v1.0.3: Fixes a Tiger compatibility issue which caused a crash
when editing records and resources. Fixes a typo in the interface. Fixes
an issue where adding a zero-length resource or record could cause a
crash.
07/12/04 - v1.0.2: Fixed some problems in the PalmFile core including a
defect which caused creation and modification date to be read/written
incorrectly.
09/18/03 - v1.0.1: Fixed problem where files with more than 10,000
resources or records did not work correctly. Fixed problem where PDB files which
have duplicated unique ids did not save correctly.
05/15/03 - v1.0: First public release of PalmFileEdit.
