- iMage Firmware Updater:
Users with webcams purchased before November 2007 should click here to download and run the iMage Updater. This is a camera firmware update which will fix an issue with flickering video in some applications. - iMageUpdater1.1.zip (86 KB)
- iMage Plugin:
Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.5 users should install the iMage Plugin software. The iMage Plugin provides compatibility with Apple's iMovie as well as enhanced integration for Macs with a built-in iSight. Click here to download the iMage Plugin. - iMagePlugin.zip (433 KB)
- Macam:
Mac OS X 10.3.9 users should install Macam, which is a free open-source camera driver. Click here to visit the Macam web page. Please be sure to complete the installation by dragging the macam.component file to the "Drag component to here" folder. - Macam (3.3 MB)

Technical Support
To troubleshoot issues with the iMage Webcam, please first download and run the iMage Tester. The program will analyze your Mac, and provides the option to send diagnostic information to us.

If your question or issue is not addressed, contact our support team. We can usually respond within one business day.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of the receipt of the product. If the product is returned unopened in the original box, we will offer to exchange it or offer you a refund. The product must be returned within 14 days after the RMA has been issued. Ecamm Network will not accept returns that are not accompanied by an RMA number. Unless a product is shown to be defective, a 10% fee will be assessed on any opened products. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Except in the case of a defective product, you are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning the product.
Manufacturer's Warranty
The manufacturer (Pico Instruments) warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one year. This limited warranty shall commence from the date of purchase. Pico Instruments warranty is not transferable and is limited to the original purchaser. If the product is found to be defective then, as your sole remedy and as the manufacturer's
only obligation, Pico Instruments will repair or replace the product. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, abnormal electrical or environmental conditions, normal wear and tear or any condition other than what can be considered normal use.
