Q: Will the resulting video image be upside-down?

A: The video image will be flipped upside-down and backwards by the Huckleberry's two mirror system. Luckily, we include our iGlasses video enhancement software, which will allow you to flip the video image back to normal orientation.

Q: What do I get when I purchase a Huckleberry?

A: The Huckleberry 3 consists of two mirrors and two brackets, and ships disassembled in a carrying bag. It also includes full instructions and an iGlasses software serial number.

Q: Will the Huckleberry fit on MacBook Air?

A: No, just MacBook and MacBook Pro.

Q: How will the Huckleberry be delivered to me?

A: Your Huckleberry will be shipped from Massachusetts using the shipping method chosen on our shopping cart page. If you require an alternate shipping method, just contact our sales department and include your shipping destination.

Bundled software will be made available via electronic download. No software CD is shipped with the Huckleberry.

Q: Why isn't my country listed on the shopping cart?

A: The shopping cart displays countries based on the available shipping destinations for UPS and the US Postal Service. Please contact our sales department to arrange for shipping to other locations.

Q: What are the system requirements for iGlasses?

A: Please visit the iGlasses system requirements page.

Q: What is your return policy for Huckleberry?

A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of the receipt of the product. We will offer to exchange it or offer you a refund. The product must be returned within 14 days after the RMA has been issued. Ecamm Nework will not accept returns that are not accompanied by an RMA number. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Except in the case of a defective product, you are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning the product.
