Q: How will the mini-tripod be delivered to me?

A: Your tripod will be shipped from southern California using the shipping method chosen on our shopping cart page. If you require an alternate shipping method, just contact our sales department and include your shipping destination.

If you have also orderd an iMage Webcam, the to products are shiped together.

Q: Why isn't my country listed on the shopping cart?

A: The shopping cart displays countries based on the available shipping destinations for UPS and the US Postal Service. Please contact our sales department to arrange for shipping to other locations.

Q: What is your return policy for the tripod?

A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of the receipt of the product. We will offer to exchange it or offer you a refund. The product must be returned within 14 days after the RMA has been issued. Ecamm Nework will not accept returns that are not accompanied by an RMA number. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Except in the case of a defective product, you are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning the product.
